Recipe: Tree Quesadillas

Ah, the taste of trees. That herbal, earthy flavor that you can't find anywhere but the Forest sure can strike up a craving.  Look no further than this recipe for Tree Quesadillas (or quesatreeas if ya know what I mean!)

For this recipe you will need spinach tortillas, herb cheese, basil oil and a christmas tree cookie cutter.

Now cut the trees out on a clockwise pattern to make the most of the tortilla with minimal scraps.

Now grate the cheese and assemble the quesadillas...

Now cook in frying pan with a little basil oil then serve with pesto or bbq sauce. Enjoy!
