Some
of my best thrift treasures, it seems, are not the result of hours of
hunting and scavenging at the shops... For instance, these wonderful
items were found for me by my friends of the forest: the Yosemite wood
mail holder, my boyfriend's dad Richard got it for me at a yard sale and
another cute green owl for my collection coutesey of my deer friend
David.
I found a forest mug on the side of the road in a free box of yard sale leftovers. You can purchase the other on my etsy!

went out to the yard sales and bought me a ceramic stump! Perfect for
my forest of cermaic creatures... Last but not least, a ceramic squirrel
I bought at Motherlode thrift shop. There's still another up for
grabs!
