Spring is here, and my mint plants are thriving! No, those aren't the mint plants in the picture...but I sure fooled you, didn't I? (Come to think of it, these would make a great April Fool's Day prank!) These are pots of brownies topped with mint leaves! To make, just whip up some brownies (boxed mix, homemade, organic, gluten-free, I don't give a hoot to be perfectly honest!) and top with a mint leaf!
