Books were found, animals spotted and forests explored this week in this neck of the woods! School of the Woods, Peter Rabbit's Book of Gardening, A Garden of Miracles and many more vintage green books were found in Little Free Libraries....
We were all over the local trails and parks the past couple of days. Saw cottontail rabbits heading north behind a church, found frogs in Stony Run Trail, catfish on a small island, deer feeding on flowers at Lake Roland.
So many berries are in season now, serviceberries and raspberries about to ripen...Foraging trips in the woods have been fruitful: honeysuckle, clovers, violets, bamboo...
