Twas another wonderful weekend in the woods! We went thrifting on Saturday, and I was lucky enough to find exactly what I had hoped for... vintage Arthur Lobel and Minarik/Sendak books. My obsession with the cozy little tales started last weekend, when I lost a button from my coat and my boyfriend told me about 'A Lost Button' from the book Frog and Toad are Friends.
Yes, these two creatures will make a excellent additions to my miniature menagerie... A little fawn and a bunny for Easter and spring, which is right around the corner!
Found a Peter, Paul and Mary record I didn't have, so I listened to that while baking bread and working on crafts after we got back into town...
