I recently discovered an awesome band from the 60's the Grass Roots that I had to share with you all! I heard the sounds of a hippie band and ran out to the living room demanding that Ol' R tell me what record it was. "The Grass Roots" he scoffed. I borrowed the record, went into our room and discovered a new favorite song 'Live for Today'. What can I say, I'm a sucker for any band with a foresty name and a 1960's sound. If you enjoy The Grassroots, you may like The Seeds.
